LITA, Society of authors, represents authors of literary works, translators, journalists, directors, script-writers, authors of dramatic and music-dramatic works, work of visual art and photography. LITA distributes royalties to authors for the use of their works in the territory of the Slovak republic as well as abroad, helps authors to manage their authors’ rights, offers legal assistance to its members and tries to educate authors about their rights.
