Michal Tallo

Michal Tallo (1993) is a writer, translator, and publicist. He has published the poetry collections Antimita (2016, Drewo a srd), Δ (2018, Drewo a srd), and Kniha tmy (The Book of Darkness, 2022, Literárna bašta). In 2024, his prose book Všetko je v poriadku, všade je láska (Everything is Fine, Love is Everywhere, Literárna bašta) was published, for which he received the Tatra Bank Foundation Art Award. Translations of the book into five languages are currently in preparation.

He regularly hosts authors' readings, discussions on contemporary literature and film, and the radio show Ars litera on Rádio Devín. He has translated several prose and poetry books from English by Andrew McMillan and Seán Hewitt.
