Jana Karšaiová (Bratislava 1978) actress and author, lived in Prague, Rome and Verona, has been working in Italy since 2002, where she runs theater workshops and writes. Her first novel Divorzio di velluto (Velvet Divorce) is one of the twelve candidates for the Strega 2022 Italian literary prize.
