Dutch-born Michel Faber grew up in Australia, lived for 23 years in Scotland and now lives in England. His books include the novels The Crimson Petal And The White, Under The Skin and The Book Of Strange New Things, the short story collections Some Rain Must Fall and The Fahrenheit Twins and the poetry collection Undying. A novel for younger readers, D (A Tale Of Two Worlds), was published in 2020. He is currently working on a non-fiction book about music.
