Marianna Mlynárčiková & Nóra Ružičková

Marianna Mlynárčiková and Nóra Ružičková have been collaborating since 2004. In their co-authored projects, they investigate relationships between image and text and the tension between articulated and distorted language and create experimental fictions in which artistic context is confronted with lay discourses. Their practice is intermedial and interdisciplinary, with writing and text holding an important position in it.

Together, they have published Cvičenie s monografiami/Exercise with Monographs (2016), ← a b c → (2018), and, together with Dana Snopková under the initials DSMMNR, V ľahších situačných súhvezdiach (2026). They are currently working on the documentary poetry sequence Plán kolovania, which explores the struggle of travelling fairground operators with bureaucracy during the late socialist period.
