Alena Brindová

Alena Brindová (1992) studied mass media studies and literary science at the Faculty of Philosophy of Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice. She completed short-term study stays at Metropolitan University Prague and St. Petersburg State University. She made her debut with the poetry collection Horolezci (FACE, 2022). She occasionally writes literary and film reviews, essays, works for radio, and does moderating and interpreting. She has been nominated for the Zlatá vlna 2025 literary award for her second book, Prekročenie frontovej línie (Crossing the Front Line, FACE, 2024).
